Meetly Android App

Aculix Technologies approached our team with the goal of transforming their flagship application, Meetly. As a platform dedicated to facilitating seamless online meetings, Meetly offers its users the ability to effortlessly connect with friends, family, and colleagues. Understanding the importance of user experience in the digital meeting space, Aculix aimed to elevate Meetly through a comprehensive redesign.

Our collaboration with Aculix revolved around four key aspects of the Meetly app:

• Application Design: We embarked on a holistic redesign journey to enhance user interface and experience. Our focus was to streamline navigation and simplify the process of initiating and joining meetings, ensuring that users of all technical backgrounds could navigate the app with ease.

• Logo Revamp: Recognizing the logo as a critical element of brand identity, we reimagined the Meetly logo. Our aim was to create a design that was not only modern and engaging but also reflective of the app's core mission of connecting people.

• Iconography: To complement the app's new design language, we crafted a set of unique icons. Each icon was designed to be intuitive, helping users quickly identify various features and functionalities within the app.

• Animations: To add to the user's delight and enhance the overall aesthetic, we introduced custom animations. These animations were thoughtfully integrated into the app to provide visual feedback and to make interactions feel more engaging and lively.

Through this collaborative redesign effort, we were able to significantly improve the Meetly app, making online meetings more accessible, efficient, and enjoyable for its users. Our approach was not just about aesthetic enhancement but also about enriching the user experience, driving engagement, and fostering a stronger connection among users.
